- Returns: We offer full refunds or exchanges for items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.
- Alterations: To ensure your satisfaction, we provide up to 3 free alterations within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for alterations are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the alteration process.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
